How easy is it to learn? I took Spanish 1 and 2 in school and did really well at it, but I just wasn’t…attracted to it. Ever since I saw The Godfather a few weeks ago, I’ve wanted to learn.
I heard Rocket Italian (by Rocket Languages) is a really good, fairly priced program.
I am a linguistics major in college, so I go through quite a few language products.
What I used specifically for Italian were two products.
Rocket Italian is the most affordable and IMO the best product there is point blank period. It’s what I’ve used personally and is excellent. It’s $300 or so cheaper than Rosetta Stone.
The second program I recommend is Fluenz Italian. It’s an excellent program, and you can tell the people who made it REALLY wanted to create a professional product. It’s excellent, although quite a bit pricier than Rocket Italian (but still cheaper than Rosetta Stone).
Visit the site I included below, it has a review of Rocket Italian, Fluenz Italian, and Rosetta Stone Italian on there (it’s the /italian one in the source).
PS. All three companies provide free demos of sort for their products. So check it out.
Hope that helps.
Theres only one way to Find out…FIGHT lol
Ronnie Rocket all the way messi is only good for spanish football if he came to the premier league he would do good but hed need about a season to settle in
‘Messi is only good for spanish football’– How can you possibly say that? Have you ever seen him play in England? Have you seen him play in another league? no? no?
So im just going to go out and say C.Ronaldo is only good for the Premiership because all the defenders are dopey and can’t communicate and he would be rubbish in the Saudi Arabian premier league
The song is called ‘Amanda’ from the album ‘Todo Va A Cambiar’ by the artists D’Nash. It is on the Spanish iTunes store, but that store won’t accept an Irish Visa Card. It is not on Limewire either. Please help, I’m desperate!!!! I don’t mind paying for the song, but I don’t want to have to pay to download something like MP3 rocket. HHEEELLLPPP!!! I need this song for reasons that will remain unsaid

So in Spanish we have to do this thing where we can pick a family ( it can be fictional ) and write a few sentences about each person. I picked the Jetsons … I think I have an Okay idea, but I need some help! ( this homework requires us to pretend this is our family ) So far…I have:George Jetson - Mi papa tiene treinte y ocho anos. Mi papa se llama George. El trabajo Spacely Space Rockets. Mi papa es muy comico.
Basically, what I was trying to convey there was My dad is 38 years old. His name is George. He works at Spacely Space Rockets. He is very funny.
I’m thinking that I may be a bit redundant by says Mi papa a lot, and i’m not sure if that is O.K or not? Also, am I conveying this right, or is there somethings I should change to make this make sense? I also have to do a few sentences on the rest of the family as well, I need new things to talk about besides what I have already said for the father ( I.E age, work, etc. ) I need to add some variety. Could someone give me an example of how I would say other things? Thanks for your help! Oh, also, I understand I don’t have the apostrophe’s and marks a bove the correct places in my Spanish sentences, i’m not sure how to do that, also if someone could help me out with that. Thanks again!
George Jetson:
Mi papá tiene treintiocho (or: treinta y ocho) años. Mi papá se llama George. Él trabaja en Spacely Space Rockets. Mi papá es muy gracioso (cómico is correct, but you use it more when talking about comedians).
Yes, it’s a little redundant. You can just say:
George Jetson:
Mi papá tiene treintiocho años, se llama George y trabaja en Spacely Space Rockets. Él es muy gracioso.
_____
For the rest of the family you may use:
* He/she studies at…: Estudia en…
* I study at…: Estudio en…
* He/she loves to…: Le encanta…
* I love to…: Me encanta…
…etc. There is a long list of things you can describe. This is just some little guidelines.

You can’t. Only registered and paid up students can access them.
If you knew someone who is following the courses, you might get access under their name at their e-mail address, but it could not be transferred to yours and it is unlikely that anyone who has paid for it would want to share. Even then it would not help you much because they would already have covered the same material that you want.
I see a lot of ads for Rosetta Stone. I saw another product online called Rocket Languages, I think. There is always Berlitz…
Rosetta Stone is pretty good for giving you a good grounding in the structure of a language, and the basic vocabulary. I have used it for Swedish and German. However I supplement it with an audio vocabulary package such as VocabULearn / Learn In Your Car (basically the same products) for extra vocabulary and phrases.
If you’re looking for some free Spanish resources to get you started look at MindZeit.com, includes links to BBC Spanish courses, Destinos Spanish and more. Most of the links include audio and many include video resources.
Good luck! Kay
Share your personal experience withe the course, please…
You can see a good review of it here:
Check it out and see what you think. Rocket Spanish
I have investigated "Rosetta Stone" but that is way, way expensive! Then I saw and investigated "Rocket Spanish" which doesn't seem as professional, and might be a little redundant (what do I expect for $99?) Any suggestions? Who has actually tried something and succeeded? I'm not good at learning languages usually, but I want to give it a try. I live in Southern California and would love the advantage of knowing Spanish, as opposed to "Spanglish", if you get my drift.
Thanks!
i could teach you for free over email if you wanted
